Question:My smaller dog is just on the cusp of the max dimensions for the small harness. She hasn't grown in several years. Which size would work best for her?
Answer:This harnesses are adjustable, I'd go with the medium and just adjust it to fit. When my dog was 20 lbs she fit in the medium set at the smallest with some wiggle room.
