Question:   Is this collar waterproof? It says it is in the description but I'm not finding any more information that it truly is waterproof

Answer: It's more water-resistant than waterproof! My dog wears it in the rain and it's just fine! We got caught in an evening storm, it was pouring & the collar was fine! The only reason I wouldn't think it could be on while swimming is because of where the charger is. It would definitely not be good to do. So it's water-resistant not waterproof.

Question:   How long does it stay lit in the continuous setting?  
Answer:  Mine wear their's about 1 hour each evening and I charge about once a week. 

Question: How do you know when it's finished charging?
Answer: I just changed my last night after observing that the collar illumination had reduced. When I connected to USB power, a charming light indicator was illuminated and it was off this morning. The collar is now fully charged.
